McConnells Mill State Park is 2,546 acres and contains the Slippery Rock Creek Gorge. They range from easy hiking and short to difficult hiking and somewhat lengthy.
McConnells Mill State Park is about 40 miles north of Pittsburgh, via I-79, near the intersection of PA 19 and US 422.
